This is a tasty way to use up the chips at the bottom of the bag.
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine mayo and water, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth. Add mayo mixture to chicken mixture. Gently fold in egg slices.
Spoon mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with potato chips.
Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Use Ruffles chips for extra crunch, or BBQ chips for a little tang.
