In a medium bowl, add soup, sour cream, salsa, and chili powder and stir to combine.
In a large bowl, add chicken, cheese, and 1 cup of salsa mixture above.
Stir to combine.
Divide chicken mixture among the tortillas.
Roll up tortillas and place seam-side up in a shallow baking dish.
Pour remaining salsa mixture over filled tortillas.
Cover baking dish with foil.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until enchiladas are hot and bubbling.
Top with tomato and onions.
