Emma O'Donnell's recipe
Preheat oven to 400F
Place split breats between waxed paper and pound to 1/2" thickness. Spread each with 3 tbl cream cheese. Dot with 1/2 tsp butter. Fold ends over filling (some will ooze out during baking). Wrap one slice bacon around each roll. Place seam side down in shallow baking dish. Bake on top rack for 40 min or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
