Add meat, diced tomatoes & green chiles, beans, and chicken bouillon mixture; stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in tortilla chips, cook for 5 minutes. Add cheese and cook an additional minute. Sprinkle with cilantro. Refrigerate any leftovers.
