Combine sour cream, ricotta, and cream cheese well. Add rest of ingredients except for tortilla chips. Freeze. On serving day, thaw and place in 9x13 pan. Top with tortillas chips and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
(May add a half a can of chicken broth if seems too dry.)
