Chop onions, garlic, chicken and chorizo.
Put stock on to heat and leave to simmer.
Heat pan and cook chicken remive from pan.
Cook chorizo and remove from pan.
Put tblspn of oil in pan and brown onions and garlic.
Add rice and stir until covered with oil.
Add stock cup by cup stirring constantly until all stock is absorbed.
Once rice is cooked add chicken, chorizo, peas and parmasan.
Serve with a touch of parmasan and basil on top.
