Suggest a better descriptionMarinate the chicken with sriracha, soya sauce, pepper, chili power and salt.
Bring water to boil, salt well and add noodles. Cook for 4 minutes. Strain. Rinse with cold water. Strain. Stir in 1 tbs of oil.
Add 2 tbs oil to a wok on medium heat, add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and sautee on medium heat until cooked through completely.
Add the mushrooms when the chicken is partially cooked.
On high heat, add spring onion whites and sautee for a minute.
Add the carrots, cabbage, green beans, cauliflower and saute for 2 minutes.
Add noodles, spring onion greens, sriracha, soya sauce and salt/pepper if needed.
Fry for a minute or two.
