Suggest a better description1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and slightly cook.
2. Add onions, bell pepper, carrots and garlic. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 5 mins.
3. Add yellow curry powder. Cook for about 10-15 mins until chicken in fully cooked.
4. Add red curry paste, coconut milk sugar and lime juice to pan. Stir over med high heat until sauce begins to bubble. Reduce heat and let simmer for a few minutes.
