Delish chicken dinner
Melt the butter and oil together. Add the chicken and brown all over. Remove and set aside. Add the onion and prosciutto and cook until onion is translucent and meat has rendered it's fat. Add the garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds. Remove mixture. Place chicken back in pan and add mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are soft. Add the onion, prosciutto, garlic mix. Add Chardonnay and simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Once cooked, remove lid and add whipping cream and cook unit thick. Add parsley and salt and pepper.
