All the taste of chicken cordon bleu without all the hassle of the preperation.
1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray an 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until garlic is tender. Add the chicken and the ham, cook until heated through. Stir in the chicken broth, rice, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
Check after 30 minutes to see if you need to add more chicken broth.
