Flatten chicken to 1/4 in. thickness. (It's easiest to do this by placing chicken in a ziplock bag and beating with the flat side of a meat tenderizer.) Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Place ham and cheese on chicken. Roll up and tuck in ends. Secure with toothpicks. Pour milk in a shallow bowl. In another, combine cornflakes, garlic powder, paprika and salt. Dip chicken in milk then cornflakes. Place in a 13x9 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered ~~at; 350f for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, whisk cream of chicken soup, sour cream and lemon juice until blended. Heat through. Discard toothpicks from chicken. Top with sauce.
