The golden onion soup mix is getting hard to find in stores. You can find it online, or substitute the "Savory Herb and Garlic". Regular onion soup mix is too salty. You will need a mallet (for pounding the chicken breast thinly).
Pound each chicken breast till thin and flat.
Top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese and ham. Roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks.
In a large skillet, melt butter and brown the rolled up chicken. Drain fat. Blend soup mix, cream, water, nutmeg, and pepper. Pour over chicken in pan. Bring just to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered, basting occasionally, for 20 minutes.
