Preparation of Chicken Cordon Bleu
Flatten chicken with mallet. On underside of each piece place 1-2 slices cheese and then a ham slice. Spoon 1 T sauce over slice. Roll up and skewer. Place seam side down in 9x13 greased pan . Pour half of the remaining sauce over the chicken. Bake at 350 degree for 45-60 minutes. Pour remaining sauce overall.
