Slice chicken breasts in half. Dip chicken in flour, then egg. Place chicken into a container with bread crumbs and shake to cover. Put breaded chicken on a cookie sheet or stone. Fill with ham and cheese. Bake for 20 min at 425 degrees F, turning chicken after 10 mins. Test with a meat thermometer.
