1). Pound each chicken breast to 7" x 6" piece using a mallet or rolling pin.
2). Place a slice of ham and swiss on each and roll up like a jelly roll.
3). Folding insides to hold ham and cheese, combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
4). Dip each chicken roll in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.
5). Bake in a 350(F) oven for 25 minutes, or until done.
Best when covered in a fresh mushroom sauce.
