preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken until tender, then shred.
Mix soup, milk, chilies, chicken and seasonings together.
crush the bag of corn chips.
place 1/3 of corn chips in a layer at bottom of greased pan
add 1/2 of the chicken mixture over corn chips
add 1/2 the cheese over chicken layer
add 1/3 corn chips over cheese, then add the other half of the chicken mixture, add another layer of cheese
top this final layer of cheese with last 1/3 of corn chips.
bake in 350 degree oven for 30, until hot and bubbly
