Blend Dressing ingredients.
Toss Cabbage with dressing (go easy on the dressing, as little goes a long ways).
Top with chicken and other salad ingredients. Drizzle a little dressing on top.
We normally double the amount dressing made, as it keeps quite a while in the refrigerator. Can also freeze dressing thaws in an hour or so.
Can make the dressing and prep cabbage and chicken advance, or the day before. However, the salad tends to get soggy if mixed and left over-night.
