In large saucepan, gently cook onion for approx 10 minutes or until clear. Add garlic, cook 1 minute. Add curry paste and chutney, cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and water, simmer 15-20 minutes. Add cooked chicken, cook 5-8 minutes. Serve over rice!
