2/4 cucharita pimienta
2 cucharitas de cumino
6 zanahorias rebanadas y hervidas x 10 minutos
Jitomate de lata picado
4 cucharadas de azucar morena
10 cucharadas de chutney
4 tazas de agua
1/2 taza de pastamnerilla
Season Chicken with given spices. Coat with flour (reserve what is not used). Heat oil and brown chicken on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to same pan and fry till soft, set aside. Add mushrooms to the same pan and fry a few minutes. Set aside.
Add all remaining flour and mix. Add all remaining ingredients as well as chicken. Do not add baby onions and mushrooms, however, if using chopped onions, add now.
Cover and simmer till chicken is nearly cooked. Add mushrooms and baby onions (if used) and simmer a further 20-30 minutes.
Serve with rice and pappadums, sliced bananas, pawpaw, pineapple, chopped green pepper and coconut.
