Quick easy Chicken dish thats always yummy!
one spoonfull of butter into 12 inch non-stick pan
cook cut up chicken breasts in pan with butter ,season as desired ( salt n pepper)
(you may have to cut chiken with wooden spoon while cooking to make smaller pieces)
after chicken is cooked add cream of mush , milk , brocolli , dijion mustard, and cheese let simmer for 15 -20 min .let stand 5 min serve over rice
I always add extra cheese at the end !
