A simple version of this classic casserole.
Preheat oven to 350.
Boil 5-6 chicken breasts. Cut cooked chicken into cubes and place into a 9x13 casserole dish with the full bag of broccoli florets.
In a bowl combine Cream of Chicken, Cream of Broccoli, Cheddar Cheese, Mayonnaise, Curry and the juice of the Lemon. Stir until mixed. Pour this mix over the chicken & broccoli.
Spread a layer of buttered breadcrumbs (combined butter & seasoned breadcrumbs) over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve warm.
