Chicken Dressing
Mix well. Put into 9x13 pan and bake at 325 deg for 1 hour.
If using portabella mushrooms, wash and de-stem mushrooms. Arrange on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 deg for 15 minutes. While mushrooms are baking, mix all other ingredients. Divide the stuffing between each of the mushroom caps. Bake stuffed mushrooms for 30 minutes or until dressing is set and begins to brown.
