Cover chicken with water add salt & pepper, cook until chicken is done (30-40 min.). Remove chicken; deboneand torn into large pieces, discard skin; reserve broth. Boil in a separte pan celery and onion until tender. Crumble cornbread add sage, onion, celery and chopped boiled eggs; mix well. Add chicken broth and mix until completely moist. Add cooked chicken and bake ~~at; 350? for 30-45 minutes.
