Lightly grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine chicken, broth and butter and blend well. Add flour and cream of wheat.
Knead dough into a ball and roll to 1/4 inch. Cut with your favorite cookie cutter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool completely in the oven when done for extra crunch.
Now the icing, mix yogurt and peanut butter.
Dipped cookie in icing or use a small spatula or pastry bag to frost the biscuits once cooled.
