A quick & easy basic recipe for Chicken & Dumplings
In a large stockpot over medium heat, add chicken broth, onion flakes, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped chicken, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil & cook 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the Bisquick, milk, oregano and parsley. Drop the dumpling dough by heaping spoonfuls into the boiling soup. Cover and simmer over medium heat for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked all the way through. Serve immediately.
