Good old fashioned comfort food.
1. Salt and pepper chicken.
2. Brown meat in large pot and then add enough water to just cover chicken.
3. Cook for about one hour or until meat is tender
4. Cut each biscut into bite-sized pieces (about 6 pieces per biscut) and drop into pot one by one.
5. Salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 15 minutes, covered. Serve.
