Weeknight dinner
Saute veggies in oil. When soft, sprinkle flour over veggies. A little at a time, add chicken broth and cook until thick.
Add chicken and peas, and add salt and pepper. Grease a pan and pour in chicken mixture.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt and mix in egg and milk. Drop by spoonfulls on top of casserole. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
