In a blender, put Green Sauce, Cilantro, Parsley, Lime Juice and Garlic. Blend until smooth (30 seconds)
RESERVE 1/2
Mix half of the blend to chicken and about 1/4 C mozzarella cheese
Spoon evenly into the 8 tortillas, roll and place seem down into 9 x 13 stone.
Pour reserved sauce over enchiladas, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes, serve with lime wedges
