1/2 Shredded Roterrsieri Chicken
1 can evaported milk, add a little to 1 large can enchiliada sauce. Pour just enough to cover bottom of pan.
Then dip tortilla in remaning sauce and layer it with, chicken, pepers, seasoning, mixed mexican shedded chesse, olives, and onions. Until pan is full, add last layer than top with extra chesse, olives, & onions. Cover with foil and bake on 350 for about 30 min or until cheese is melted & bubble.
