Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grese a 9x13 pan.
Mix cooked chicken wit 2 cups of cheese. Roll up in tortillas and place in pan.
In a sauce pan melt butter. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add broth and mix until smooth. Heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Turn heat to low and add sour cream and chilis. Do not bring to a boi. You don't want to curdle the our cream. Pour over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 22 minutes and hen under high broil for 3 min to brown the cheese.
