Delicious enchiladas that are mild and won't have you running to fetch a big, glass of water.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease rectangular baking dish. Place cilantro, lime juice & garlic in food processor. Place in bowl, add chicken, taco sauce, onion & 1/2 cup cheese. Mix. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll tortilla, lay seam side down in dish. Pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 minutes.
