In a bowl combine chicken, olives, and most of the cheese. Leave some cheese for topping later.
In another bowl combine sour cream, chicken soup, chilies, and hot sauce.
Add some cream sauce to chicken mixture to moisten.
Season to taste.
Soften tortillas in a microwave or oven just enought to roll easily.
Use a spatula to spread each side of the tortilla with cream sauce.
Place some of the chicken mixture across center of tortilla and roll.
Place in large flat, greased baking pan (13X9.)
Add 1/2 cup water to sauce and pour over chicken filled rolls.
Top with remaining shredded cheese and chopped onion.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until hot and bubbly.
This dish can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until baking time.
