Make meat mixture with melted margarine, onions, cream cheese, 1 T. milk, salt, cumin, chicken and jalapenos. Divide meat mixture onto tortillas and roll, placing seam down in baking dish. Make sauce mixture with soup, sour cream and 1 cup milk; pour over and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and add 1 cup shredded cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes. It can be made a day ahead and refrigerate, then bake when you need it.
