Suggest a better descriptionMake sauce in pan - 3 tablespoons of oil, flour, whisk, chili powder, stock, tomato purée, oregano, cumin and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
Combine cheese, chicken and onions for filling. Heat remaining oil and then dip tortillas in it then the sauce and fill.
Bake for 30 minutes.
