Chicken Enchiladas.
1. Mix cheese, soup, sour cream, onion. Set aside about 1/4 mixture.
2. Add chopped chicken.
3. Spread mixture with chicken over the flour tortillas, evenly divided. Roll tortillas up.
4. Place in greased 9x13 Pan.
5. Spread set aside mixture over the top.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Serve with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, taco sauce, grated cheese, sour cream - whatever you wish. Just taco sauce is ok!
You can cut this recipe in half and make it in a 8x8 square pan instead.
You can also make this ahead (the night before even). Cover with foil and refrigerate. When ready to bake, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove the foil before putting in the oven.
