2. Add 1 can of enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese to shredded meat.
3. Preheat oven to 350.
4. Pam spray 9 x 12 glass dish
5. scoop mixture into each tortilla, wrap and place in glass dish.
6. Pour remaining can of enchilada sauce over enchiladas.
7. Sprinkle remaining cheese over enchiladas.
8. Bake approx 20 min.
