Mix first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Heal oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add peppers and chicken to skillet and sauté until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Serve with Spanish rice.
