A nice and easy mexican dish .
Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in fry pan 5 minutes on medium-high heat. add onions and cook a few minutes more. While chicken is cooking combine all seasonings. When onions are ready add seasonings, water and greenpepper and cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Mix with cooked rice and spoon about 4 Tablespoons of mixture into tortillas and top as desired. Roll and wrap. I created this when I moved away from TacoBell.
