Chicken Fajitas is easy and fast dinner
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken strips; cook and stir 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Remove from skillet.
4. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in same skillet. Add onion and bell pepper.
5. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Return chicken to skillet.
7. Add water and seasoning mix; cook and stir 3 minutes or until heated through.
8. Spoon into warm tortillas.
9. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired like shredded cheese and crop tomatoes.
