1. Put oil into frypan. Heat over medium heat. Fry the chicken (or pork, or beef) strips about 5 minutes on medium high heat.
2. Add seasoning mix, water, green pepper, onion. Cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes or till chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
3. Place tortillas on a microwavable plate, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high about 1 minute, or 1 at a time for 10 seconds (or you can warm them up by placing in a hot fry pan, lightly sprayed with oil, about 30 seconds per side - just till warm).
4. Spoon some of the mixture onto a tortilla. Top with salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, etc. Roll up and eat.
