Heat chicken according to package Directions.
Add pasta to boiling, salted water. Cook until al dente, 7-12 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water. Drain and set aside.
Return pot used to cook pasta to medium-high heat. Add cream, garlic, Parmesan, and pasta water. Cook until smooth and slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add pasta to pot and stir.
Plate pasta and top with Chicken. Garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan.
