Chicken breast filet sliced in the middle and filled with Parmesan, Salami Milanese and Mozzarella baked in the oven.
Firstly heat oven 200 degrees.
Slice chicken breast right through, then fill it up with 2 slices salami Milanese, then Parmesan cheese and finally fill it up with mozzarella. (similar to a sandwich)
Place them in a dish with olive oil. Then sprinkle with mixed herbs and oregano. (you can also sprinkle it pizza mozzarella if you feel like it, it comes also very good)
When oven is at 200 degrees, Place in the oven for 20 mins or until chicken is cooked right through.
To be served with mash or baked potatoes.
Serve home with some balsamic vinegar syrup as garnish. Very good.
