Chicken Fingers w Honey Mustard
Cut Chicken into 1/2 x 2 inch strips
Mix flour, salt and pepper in bowl
Dip Chicken in Milk
Roll & coat Chicken in Flour mixture
Place chicken on wax paper if desired
Heat oil in large skillet to 350
check heat - cube of meat browns evenly in 1 minute
Fry chicken for about 3 minutes per side
Drain on paper towels
