Suggest a better description1) Scoop avocado into blender or food processor with sour cream and the juice of 1/2 lime
2) Blend and season with salt
3) Toss chicken with 3/4 cup of salsa
4) Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels. Microwave for 45 seconds
5) Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas. Fold ends and roll like a burrito
6) Hold in place using toothpicks
7) Heat 3/4 cup of vegetable oil over medium heat to 375 degrees
8) Fry flautas, turning as necessary until golden brown (2-3 min)
9) Remove and drain on paper towels
10) Serve with avocado cream sauce and limes, cilantro, and remaining salsa
