Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper
Brown chicken in Olive Oil and Butter (4 minutes each side)
Remove Chicken from Pan
Add Mushrooms, Chopped onions and White Wine and cook until liquid is gone
Add Garlic and Chicken Broth to pan and mix.
Add chicken back to pan.
Cook for 10 Minutes on Medium Low
Remove Chicken from Pan to Rest (Cover with Foil)
Remove 1/2 Cup of Mushroom mixture
Mix Sour Cream and Yolk together and then add mushroom mixture to temper
Return Sour Cream Mixture to Pan
Add Lemon Juice, Nutmeg and Taragon (or Parsley)
Serve on Rice
