Suggest a better descriptionHeat 1 tbsp of oil in wok or saucepan
add chopped onions an stir-fry until onions turn a nice brown color (8-10 min)
Remove from pan
Mix egg with 3 drops of soy sauce and 3 drops of sesame oil - set aside
Add 1/2 tbsp of oil to wok - swirl to coat surfaces
add egg mixture and scramble eggs
remove from heat
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan
add chicken, carrots and peas
Stir fry until cooked all the way through
add onions, rice, and egg and stir fry for 3 minutes
add more soy sauce to taste and stir fry for 3 minutes
