A very fast and easy to fix main dish.
Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper on steaks evenly.
Mix Crackers, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, red pepper and baking powder.
Whisk together 3/4 cup milk and eggs.
Dredge steaks in cracker mixture, dip in milk mixture then dredge the steaks back in the cracker mixture.
Pour oil into a skillet. Heat on medium to medium high(depends on your stove)
Fry steaks for about 5 minutes on one side. Turn and fry for about 5 more minute (or until golden brown).
Remove steaks and place on a wire rack in a cookie pan and place into a oven preheated to 200?
Whisk together remaining 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp salt and black pepper and 4 cups milk.
Add to drippings left over in skillet and cook, whisking constantly over medium heat until gravy has thickened.
