Heat oil in fry pan
Bread one piece @ time place in hot oil 2 minutes flip
Place on pan put in oven finish rest
GRAVY
After meat finished use tablespoon of flour mixture in pan drippings, stir, will be thick, slowly add cup of milk until desired consistency.
Serve with mash potatoes veggie & salad
Use same procedure for chicken.
