For the spice mix, put all the spice ingredients in the kenwood spice mill and run on 10 (max) for 30 seconds.
Place tomoatoes, soured cream, butter and sugar into the Thermomix and cook for 12 minutes / 100?C / speed 2. Use the simmering basket (upside down) on the top of the Thermomix to let speam escape.
Add the Garam Masala spice mix and salt and cook for 3 minutes / Varoma / speed 1 , again with the simmering basket on top of the machine the wrong way round to prevent splashes escaping but to permit the steam out.
Season the pieces of chicken with salt and pepper and add to the mixing bowl. Cook 4 minutes / 100?C / reverse / speed stir.
It's probably less fattening than specified as the recipe as you could not possibly eat all of the sauce!
