Olive Garden copy cat recipe
Cook and chop chicken in olive oil until done. Remove chicken with slotted spoon. Add butter, celery, carrots, onion and garlic to pan. Cook until soft. Whisk in flour and then cream. Cook until thick. Add chicken broth, spices, gnocchi and chicken. Cook until Vegis are done and gnocchi has risen to the top. Add spinach and cook a little bit more.
